Considering I've yet to see the French edition of STAYING DEAD, this was deeply gratifying and annoying all at once. That clause in your contract that says "will receive all editions in all languages?" Means nothing when it comes to the French, apparently. But it does exist, it is out there!

Yeah, I know that clause. It can only be fulfilled if the foreign publisher bothers to send the original American publisher any copies. *sigh*
