Spring must be coming. Not only does the rain come down hard enough to keep me from being able to see across the street, last night I had the urge for a glass of white wine (for those playing along at home -- a Lieb 2002 pinot blanc. Their reds are iffy but their whites are generally things of teh pretty).

Although I do somewhat regret it is not a snowstorm, it is, after all, March. Fair enough. Now for some thunder, please?

And I woke to some good news -- although not quite done reading, m'editor has given a happy thumbs-up on THE NIGHT SERPENT.

*is relieved*

Now to finish up this book and get work on "Anna's" next project*....

March is supposed to come in like a lion and go out like lamb. Except in Norway, where it comes in like a polar bear and goes out like a walrus. Or Honduras where it comes in like a lamb and goes out like a salt marsh harvest mouse. While in the Maldives it comes in like a Wildebeest and goes out like an ant. Did you know there are nine countries where March comes in like a frog and goes out like a golden retriever? But none of that matters because in America, March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, although in South Africa it comes in like a lion and goes out like a completely different lion. However, ignoring that, the point is that here at least it comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb! Which brings up the point that it is over 60 degrees and the sun is shinning on March 2nd? WTF is the lion?! That is what I want to know.
