Caffeine Nation Marches On

Today kicks off Caffeine Awareness Month and we're buzzing with excitement at the thought of 31 days dedicated to our favorite addiction. In the spirit of the event, we wonder, are you aware of caffeine? Statistics suggest you are, since 90% of Americans consume caffeine daily, and it's the most widely-used drug in the world. Great! Our job is done: We're all aware of caffeine.
Mostly a rehash of the old known stuff -- caffeine BAD. No, caffeine GOOD. Caffeine DRUG. Well, d'uh.
But that does not negate the fact that March is, apparently, Caffeine Awareness Month. Take a moment to pat your tea kettle, your espresso maker, your soda machine, and say "thank you, pal. I couldn't make it through the day without you."
(because, let's face it, we all know at least one person who has a closer relationship with the coffee maker than s/he does with most people. In fact, some of you ARE that person.)
