the good, the bad, and the why me, lord?
Feb. 20th, 2006 12:01 pmthe good:
Am halfway through proofs for Bring it On and, boy-howdy, it don't suck.
(someone pick
kradical up off the ground, please).
the bad:
Due to various complications, interruptions and social breaks, I am only halfway through. Bugger. More coffee!
(hrm. Maybe I should have some food, too...)
the why me, lord:
I just had a full-blown, vitally important, totally kick-ass scene leap full-born into my head, replete with screaming, yelling, frothing, paw-wringing and pathos. For gorram book FIVE.
Telling my brain that I need to finish a) proofing three and b) drafting book four first isn't appeasing it, either. We wants to write this scene now, we does. Even though we have no idea how it will work or fit in or flow at all.
Gorram backbrain.

For gorram book FIVE.
I'd sympathise with you, but I'm too busy trying not to design the tour for my own book five.
