Home from my sojurn in the country, wherein there was much eating, much drinking, considerable mutual affectionate abuse, some television ("you kick like a 9 year old girl"), some front yard fireworks (my shirt stinks of gunpowder now), and at least one and possibly two power outages. And a lot of rain.

oh, and I have determined that smoemeth really does exist. Or is a major-time group hallucination. Or possibly both.

Considering I've yet to see the French edition of STAYING DEAD, this was deeply gratifying and annoying all at once. That clause in your contract that says "will receive all editions in all languages?" Means nothing when it comes to the French, apparently. But it does exist, it is out there!
