so this is monday. can't say I'm impressed.

I woke up at 3am this morning from a dream that an old friend had shown up, unexpectedly but pleasurably -- and another old friend was walking around in public wearing nothing but a rather regrettable robe.

I'm not sure if this bodes well, or ill for the week.

Whichever or neither, the to-do list is prepped, the felines fed, and the coffee is waiting. Onward, upward, over that cliff!


So, who has the most bizarre/surreal/odd item on their to-do list? Step forward and fess up!

Most surreal item on to-do list: contacting an animal eye specialist to see about getting my dog in for a cataract eye surgery screening. Also surreal: the sheer level of packing yet to be done amidst writing scenes taking place in 1964 Las Vegas. Waking up in Vegas, indeed.

Today's to-do list is utterly mundane, but tomorrow's includes "set up Artiste for performance at the 2009 OutMusic Awards". Which means "deal with self-important disorganized drag queens for 6+ hours, all while trying to Look Fabulous in dreadfully uncomfortable shoes".
