answering #2 first -- I don't know what our schedule will be -- my co-reader/signer Lynn Flewelling will be whisking of off to stay with her, afterward, but I could probably convince her to hang out for a bit...

as for #1... that's a bit of a story and, if other people are interested might have to be retold (I'm sure I've told it before!) in a separate post.

it's one of our traditional break-the-fast dishes, and it's quite lovely -- regular cheese blintzes, cooked into a souffle. Great for brunches, too (although you have to remember to give it extra time, because it always takes longer to cook than you remember).

And it fridges well for leftovers, assuming any are actually left over.

The same way you'd advertise a print book -- time + effort = word of mouth. Send advance e-galleys, link to sample chapters, get other people talking....

Make an icon of your book and use it endlessly. ;-)
