taikyoyo and agamisu and thank you. This story will be done this week, or... well, it will be done. Grrr.
Also: LAG-at-lauraannegilman-dot-net is now an operative e-mail. I repeat, it is an Operative Email. All author queries should now go henceforth. And there was much f*****g rejoicing.
Weekend Accomplishments:
Got rid of clutter in apartment, either by tossing or intra-family freecycling.
Saw many family members at Celebration, felt no urge to throttle any of them (win!)
Made travel arrangements for WorldCon. [this train is bound for worldcon, this train is bound for... stop me before I filk again!]
Worked on Stuff for Flesh & Fire launch.
Figured out why short story has been giving me fits, second iteration.
Wrestled with ()*&*^%^ Google and DreamHost e-mail interfaces that are refusing to give up info (and DreamHost tech support FTW!).
Actually exercised.
Plotted out week's work and social obligations.
Prepped for a Skype conference tonight on an ongoing cat-herding project that will either be lots of fun and profit, or will break me entirely...
UnAccomplished: Too many things to think about without bursting into tears. Also, not sure if this counts as an Accomplishment or not. I think I need to go make dinner and take a nap before the Skypeing...
EtA: ice tea is really good for keeping the meerkat hydrated. Her preferred tea for icing is also really tasty. And... it is herbal. Drinking it all day = mad craving for caffeine to offset the damned headache, come 6pm. Ooops.
