lagilman | a quick update

Ah, the joys of an author signing when there's a major geek movie premiere in town.... *sighs*

Nonetheless, I did manage to talk my way into a handful of sales, and a good time was had*, and

kellylaymon came by and dragged me off for drinks (and some poet-abuse) after. Kel, yes, I made it home without incident, and proved that I know the backstreets of Cambridge much better than I thought I did. Yay?

I do regret the poet's friend. I think he was trainable. *adjusts halo*

The rest of you who could have come out drinking with us...you'll never know the entertainment you missed. Don't make that mistake when I'm in Binghamton (NY) next month!
