lagilman...send that sucker out again.
Came home to the worst of all rejections from RoF -- a hand written scrawl saying "loved the writing, but...." (I'd been warned she'd bought a similar themed story just recently, so it wasn't a shock, but still grrr). Out it goes again on Monday.
On the plus side, in my mail box were also copies of the reprint of the Australian edition of BRING IT ON. Which is exactly the same size as the original Australian version but with the original US cover (the first Australian edition used the first pass artwork that we'd rejected -- I'm not sure why they did that) and reset the type to make it smaller. Oh, and it's a smidge cheaper. So yay!
