lagilmanTwo pounds of fresh wild salmon being poached, 1 pound reserved for grilling later. Cats are circling like furry sharks, lookin' for the salmon-love....
EtA: poached salmon is flaked and 'fridged for later use. Grilled salmon is almost done -- just snitched a bit to taste. Mmmm. Not something I'd want all the time but sometimes it's just the thing.
EtA2: just gave Boomerang some of the crisped skin. He will be licking his whiskers for an hour now.
