lagilmanAnd the brain, she is mush. Know I saw a lot of people and had a good time, and got to fly in the flight simulator at the Smithsonian (not well, but with much enthusiasm) and ate in wonderful restaurants and got to wear my author and editor hat equally and and and...
But other than that, it's all a blur. DC was obscenely warm, the hotel was overpriced, and Union Station's still fun. And Pandora met me at the door with strident "you bitch you LEFT me" yowling (athough she's calmed down enough to sit on my desk and pout silently at me now).
Need to go sleep now.

Date: 2003-11-03 09:03 am (UTC)Not yet. While amusing, it didn't grab me in the "must own NOW" sense, and I'm on a tight budget until I know if I have a job in January. So when it was a choice of a darling little print of steeplechasing turtles available one weekend only or a book I can order just as easily a couple of weeks from now... well!
However, I *did* pick up a flyer and tell them about Farpoint and tell them that I'll contact them closer to FP about them giving me flyers to be put out there. So I'm doing my bit to get the word out.
