*manuscript looks back, innocently enough that Writer is immediately Suspicious*
"You're not done, are you?"
"You've gone through me twice, and so has your editor. How can I not be done?"
"Right. when you take that reasonable tone, I know something's still wrong. Hop back on the desk, you."
*Manuscript mutters, but does as ordered.* "Hey! Warm that pencil up before you touch me with it, willya?"
"Bitch, bitch, bitch. All you do is lay there, I'm the one who does all the work..."
