Huh. This book? I think it don't suck.

I think the final pass will even more not-suck.

Either I'm getting better at this gig, or my standards are falling....

(Note: my actual horoscope for today: "You don't mind messing around with the fine details at home or at work -- or anywhere else, really! It's a good day to figure out what needs to happen next, as your ability to spot patterns is highlighted....Work issues have evolved in a good way. You are no longer worried about how to do things better, you're thinking about what your next challenges should be -- and that is a very good sign that you are on the right track. Keep on doing what you're doing, and you should find an open door very soon." Nice to know, that.)

Caffeine, shower, and back to't. Must remember to buy kitty-crack today, before Pandora decides dry food is cause for feline rebellion.... kitty-crack scored, also more diet coke, and loads of fresh local fruits for eating and freezing. Yum. And soon there will be sweet corn....

Well, since your books are pretty much made of the opposite of fail and lose anyway, this should be AWESOME. :B

When I started working at the Grey School of Wizardry -- writing and editing classes at 5,000-10,000 words -- I noticed a sizable jump in my writing and editing skills, even though I already had a lot of experience and ability in both areas. It's amazing how much a really big wad of work can improve your skills at almost anything. So you probably are getting better!
