Dodd (D-CT)
Dorgan (D-ND)
Durbin (D-IL)
Feingold (D-WI)
Harkin (D-IA)
Kerry (D-MA)
Klobuchar (D-MN)
Lautenberg (D-NJ)
Leahy (D-VT)
Levin (D-MI)
Menendez (D-NJ)
Murray (D-WA)

Go, and praise them. And drop them a few $$ if you can...

EtA: note: no Obama on this list. Apparently, the Bill of Rights doesn't ring a bell with either Presidential candidate. Ive already asked him why. I'm not expecting a response.

Sad to say, I don't notice a single "R" on the front end of any of those suffixes. Whatever the bloody _hell_ happened to "strict construction of the Constitution"?

(No longer an "R" since Padilla.)

McCain didn't take part in the vote at all, did he?

I'm proud to say that both my state senators are on that list. We knows how to elect 'em, herein Washington.

Both senators from NJ voted the right way too. Menendez is from Union City, which is the next town over from me... hometown boy done good.

I love my Senators. Although I can't help but wonder if Hillary's vote would have been different if she were still running for president.

Thank you, Chris Dodd, for continuing to have a pair.

I am so incredibly disappointed and disillusioned by Obama, words cannot begin to express. :(

Ah Dodd, I have a special place in my heart for him, old white man or not! Kerry too. And Clinton of course. It's so stupid, the dems have a majority, there is NO reason this should have passed. I too am disappointed in Obama, terribly... however as I'm moving to Washington state next week it's really nice to see Cantwell on that list.

It's been a pattern with Obama, and I've noticed it from the start. He did it with the Senate censure of moveon for the Petraeus ad; his vote was "present". He will not commit to a single principle until it's clear which way the cat will jump. However, if you question him, you're apparently a Republican or a racist. It's why I'm not voting for president this election. I have yet to have a single question about Obama answered and McCain, of course, is a toadstool.

Kennedy didn't vote, but had a good reason to miss it, and by missing it, helped hide that he was going to come in for the Medicare cloture vote (keeping the Republicans from finding another Nay vote somewhere).

Kennedy's the man! Even if he sometimes is too conciliatory.
