lagilmanFriday: well, it took me four months, but we finally got to An Beal Bocht cafe for drinks and live music. Yep, exactly as advertised, and quite fun, and yay! I have a local pub! And one with good live music -- Susan Mckeown happened to be playing, and we determined that the acoustics of the place are such that you can sit in the far room, hear the music, and be able to carry on a conversation. Also, cute and friendly waitstaff. Always a plus.
Saturday: Street Fair! Monsoon! Vegan lunch that actually pleased me! (the world can end now, kthnxbai) Hunt-and-Kill shopping session (AKA Outfit LAG for The Research Trip)! Followed by the Fixing of the Bookcases (everyone who has seen the Great Lean will be relieved), followed by duck breast and red wine with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
