Thanks for the congrats and good wishes, everyone. Today I actually took a day off, as I'm hosting my 14-year-old nephew for a few days while his parents and older brother do the college visit thing. We spent the afternon at the Bronx Zoo, which was fun but OMG crowded with hordes of large families and school groups. But the tigers, sea lions, and big-ass snakes made up for that. And at no point did we feed a small child to the snakes, although I'm sure we both thought of it at least once.

Now, we collapse for a bit, prior to making like sea lions and eating raw fish.

Tomorrow, I hand him over to his parents, and get back to work.

I was at the GAMA trade show in Las Vegas & after it was over, I went to the MGM Grand (really the nearest movie theater to see Forbidden Kingdom) and they have a lion enclosure. Because I was wearing khaki shirt & pants, some tourist thought I worked there & could tell him where a restaurant was (if he had just turned around & looked he would have seen one)
