My family? Snarks the seder like nobody's business. Also, a long-running conversation between yrs trly and my 10 year old cousin about "cooked vs raw vs smoked." Don't ask. I was having a lot of fun messing with her mind (mom: "she's you at 10!" Me: "and that's why it's so much fun to mess with her!")

And now dessert is beng served. Happy Passover to all those observing!

EtA: and in this household? Passover means hockey. Which is why I'm being subjected to various outbreaks of "O Canada" by my Canadian cousins...

Passover isn't the same without snark. We did a "30 minute Seder" to meet the needs of small and antsy children, and I swear there was an extra ten minutes of unordered Snark added on :}
It's more fun that way.

Jews do seem to have a slightly different approach to religion than many other folk. I blame it on God telling Abraham not to be such a spineless order-taker... *grin*

(I especially loved the disussion that broke out over if the wicked child was wicked or just a wiseass who shouldn't get any dessert, and the claim that if Moses had actually read any of the 'sign and portents' God sent, we wouldn't have been lost in the desert for forty years...)
