I think your (Madame) agent read your blog and bailed you out with a great recipe. You can sub chicken for the pork and keep the recipe pretty much the same --- keepin' ya kosher ya know.

Bah. No offense to Madame Agent, who is an excellent cook (I know this first-hand, and also first stomach) but I have my own recipes....


(and the only thing kosher in my kitchen is the salt!)
