too much coffee too much to do....
Sep. 7th, 2007 03:34 pmA random thought has triggered a new book idea. Never mind I have two books, a full-length proposal, and an on-spec novel already to write before the end of the year. Never mind that there are three+ stories sitting on my hard drive waiting for me to get back to them. No, I have to get sideswiped with a new idea that my agent just commanded me to write for her...
and mediabistro news update, never one to keep the pot unstirred, keeps giving me tidbits like this:
"MTV has greenlit a bisexual dating show with a star who built her fame on MySpace. A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila is scheduled to premiere on MTV Oct. 9. The 10-episode series will feature contestants who want to win the heart of Tequila, who has more "friends" than anyone else on the online social network MySpace.com. Variety: The show is set up in the manner of The Bachelor: about 30 contestants will move into a house and be put through a set of competitions in a bid to win Tequila's affections. The star will make eliminations at the end of every episode."
I could make this shit up, but I didn't.
Meanwhile, estimated quarterly taxes done *wince* and off to Unca Sugar. Have you filed your 1040-ES yet, oh fellow freelancing souls? It's due!
*goes off in a puff of caffeine*

Date: 2007-09-07 09:45 pm (UTC)I suppose one of these days I should find out what MySpace is. Well, I know what it is, another reason not to leave the computer.
