lagilmanthe storm they've been promising all day finally rolled in, with a gust of cold air, and a rumble of thunder, and the squalk of a squad car passing by. The curtains are belling, and the cats are nervously looking around at me for reassurances.

(yes, I know a lot of people don't like storms. I'm not one of them. I respect the hell out of them [see me. see me indoors where it's safe, working off battery power.] but I really of love storms of every sort... if there's anything of me in Wren a'tall, it's that, yah youbetcha)
