lagilmanI just got mugged by a short story.
In first person.
Which means that the novel this character has been agitiating for may also end up in first person.
It works. It works perfectly.
And there are dragons. OMG are there dragons.

ETA:Three hours. 4,000 Four hours. 5,000 words. Still going. 6,500 words, and I think my brain is broken. I can't figure out how to get to the ending. Time to drink single malt and watch House.
ETA2: Story's done, at around 8,000 words. Quite pleased with it, actually.
