lagilmanGot a new cell phone today, from a new provider. Have it on 14 day trial but already know I like it much better. For one, I can actually get calls in my office. For another, the signal has yet to drop out in the middle of a call. Both good things. So by the end of the week I'll probably make the switch official.
Got a call from a small press publisher this afternoon. I had sent them my resume, they're cautiously interested. As a referring editor, mostly. See what good we can do each other. We'll see how this goes. Nice to know the resumes don't go into dead space, totally.
Hrm, what else? Go some more work done on an editorial project. Not much I can say about that.
Oh, and word has come that two projects I thought were dead, aren't. In fact, one's very much alive, and the other is getting the very best medical attention. So that's nice. That's very, very nice.
No writing done today. At all. I hate that.
