The results are no surprise, although I personally think that I should get an extra good taste credit for NOT knowing the answer to the "National Lampoon's Family Vacation" question...

I try desperately to forget the early 80's. Afterall, I was in high school during those god foresaken years. The later half of the 80's I was in college and for the life of me, I gratefully can not remember it. Might have something to do with alcohol, parties and a lost weekend that didn't really end until I woke up one morning and I was working for a company that represents all that is unholy and vile. On top of that, it was in Linden, New Jersey.

I was particularly fond of question 5 however. While the question itself was not important, one of the potential answers was really fun to remember. The answer was Lolly, lolly, lolly. And the moment I read it, I added, "get your adverbs here". :)

I credit my low score with the fact that like many people of my age and gender, I gave up on minstream music in the 80s. It sucked big time. Obviously that left me far too much time to watch TV, though.

Wow. I got 25 out of 30. And I was in highschool for the 80s.

And STILL you got more than I did.

(grin) Damn, didn't fall for it. I graduated highschool around 91. :P So I was technically in highschool in the 80s, but only just. Sadly, I can say : most interesting 6 years of my life.

And no, one really couldn't take much of the 80s seriously. Thankfully.

Tulsa Memorial HS Class of '86, U of Tulsa Class of '90.

Had my 20-year HS reunion this past summer. Was, for reasons I can't fathom, voted "Most Changed". Weird, because I have all my hair and the same hairstyle, even, and I'm not the only one who's twice the man he used to be (at least in terms of mass). Someone said it was related to personality, but I think it was just that folks actually saw me and not elementary-school me like they did in HS.

I think there must be a problem. I too scored over 99% accuracy but I only scored 20/30.

I think the 80's were the best of times and the worst of times.

27 out of 30 plus 10 bonus points means...

...I never watched "Three's Company" and I didn't cheat by going to IMDB to look up what Alfonso "Crash" Rubiero did before "Fresh Prince of Bel Air"... (wait, I guessed right... "Silver Spoons") and possibly which 70s band went down hill in the 80s (I picked all of the above). Oh, hell, I don't know which 3 I missed.
