back in New Haven...

a) well-fed (food may not be love but it's certainly affection, in my family)
b) wild and crazy in Williams-Sonoma (my mother is SUCH an enabler)
c) recognized off my author photo under somewhat less-than-ideal circumstances (I was tired and sommat cranky, and I apologize again, Stacey!)
d) chatted up on the train by a young fellow who was NOT young enough to be my son but made me feel it (dearest, stick to the high school girls. You'll have better luck)
e) mugged by cats who had been Left Allll Alooooone! For Daaaaaaaays! (it was exactly 26 hours, and you had food, water and a comfy blanket each. Shaddup and stop giving me kitten eyes, I'm not feeling guilty At All.)
I now plan to curl up with my current client-project and a pot of tea, and make like a respectable working person. No time to check the f-list, so if anything's happening, drop me a link or I'll miss it...
