who on earth is "Rerun"? I thought I knew Peanuts, and I've never heard of him. Or her.

And if you *did* do an immediate rewrite, it would suck just as badly in the proofing stage. Just remember nobody knows the brilliance of the book in your head; they only read the one that's on the page....
