Fictionwise
Jun. 23rd, 2006 10:07 amWhile I'm avoiding Amazon (seeing my books break 1000 makes me nervous and twitchy), I'm trolling Fictionwise. Which is how I discovered that I'm currently holding down the #1 spot (for "Palimpsest") and the #10 position (for "Disposession") on the 'under $1' bestseller list.
Huh. "Palimpseset" is #2 on the mystery bestseller list. Between Patricia Cornwall and Jeffery Deaver? *snorts*
And Staying Dead is still up there at #7 for fantasy novels -- and #4 on 'highest rated' e-books! Man, I'm feeling the love, which is making me cranky because it's too warm here and I have too much to do and I want to be in a bad mood, damn it, but all these warm fuzzies are throwing me off...
ETA: Mind you, it's all still "most popular redheaded left handed" etc. But wee warm fuzzies are warm fuzzies nonetheless. Although, considering the weather, cool fuzzies would be more appreicated. Or how about a nice tall glass of iced tea with fresh lime, rought to me on a silver platter by an attentive cabana boy.... what? As long as I'm asking, can't hurt to ask proper, can it?
