lagilmanMetroNorth did not live down to any of its reputation -- both trips were fast, well-handled, and quite comfortable. Go them! We'll see how they do in the winter. And so I am home again, and the cats are reacting in the usual fashion (after greeting me at the door, Pandora is now sulking, while Boomer is being playful and talkative), and I have laundry to do. As ever.
Also got a lot of work done on the train, so yay me. Bunch of stuff going fast and furious in the brain, whcih hopefully will look as good on the page.
The Darwin exhibt was wonderful, and I highly rec it to anyone in the Manhattan area. Had a good time seeing local friends Saturday night, and then a great brunch with my folks at Ouest before the museum, plus a crafty fair going on around it, and I have a sort of grudging "yes I'm being neurotic" admission and persmission to kvell, so I'm gonna. In the next post, because it deserves its own listing.
