You have to love a show where that line makes sense, even out of context. And, even out of context, you can be pretty sure who said it, and in response to what.
And you gotta love a show in which the grieving husband knees the doctor in the gut and you cheer because he deserved it but you love the doctor anyway.
He not only deserved it, he asked for it. Literally. And took it like an adult, too. No whining, no look of shock, no camera on him at all, in fact, because he was no longer important to the scene.
God, I love this show. Even when it doesn't quite work it's still an A- for effort, and when it does...
