Sadly, my Dori impersonation isn't quite as effective when I'm at a keyboard. Turns out? The hands, they have to stay on the keys to type.

I was just about to sign off for the night when I thought I'd take one last pass through my still fairly new flist...and, heh, saw myself being called out. *g* A lot of Life happened over the past few years but I'm happy to be easing my way back online. I've even started writing (http://researchgrrrl.livejournal.com/tag/hunting+of+the+snark) again. Who'd'a thunk?

Speaking of writing, I loved STAYING DEAD. Loved it and I should have written you at least a year and a half ago to tell you that. Wren and Sergei are absolute delights -- I shrieked when I found your LJ and realized that I didn't already have the sequel. Fixed that right quick -- CURSE THE DARK should be here by the weekend. Hot diggity damn.

Anyway. My LJ is pretty much gonna be archaeology, chemistry, and general science neepage, along with the occasional fangirl moment and RL bonehead stuff. Feel free to friend or not as you have time or interest. I'm just glad to be able to keep up with some good friends again. *ferret-hugs back*
