UPDATE #2: The plows are here! The plows are here!
My mom (she who does not have an LJ...yet) reports they're reporting 22.8" in Central Park. My dad's already predicting Historic Storm status (they've just confirmed that on the news -- second worst storm, so far).
The guys shoveling out their cars outside are up to their hip bones when they step off the curb, so we're estimating at least a foot, probably closer to 16" here.
Anyone else got reportage to report?

I am definitely in non-adventure mode but the rest of the house is still thinking we could maker it.
The show will go on, says the City Center web site, but I don't know if we will be there.
