So....this finally crossed my desk today. And now I know why I hadn't seen it before. They handed off the typesetting to a packager, fer cryin' out loud. Finally I get a chance to work on a friend's book, and it's only to add a few line spaces here and there. Waah! (And it didn't cross my desk till 4:30, so I didn't get a chance to read any of it! Double waah!)
