"Andrew S. Fastow, the former chief financial officer of Enron, pleaded
guilty today to two counts of conspiracy for his involvement in the company's
collapse.
Under the plea deal, Mr. Fastow would be sentenced to at least 10 years
in prison and would be required to cooperate with the federal government's
continuing investigation.
Mr. Fastow also agreed to forfeit $23.8 million in assets, most of which
were previously frozen by federal authorities."
