And for those who've been along for the non-ride, the dealership called: a cracked hose. Under warranty. *whew* If the part can get here by tomorrow (storm willing), I'll have Darcy back by Wednesday. They fixed the other stuff, too, as long as they had my baby in the repair bay, so we're all ready-set for winter. Hopefully.

Am a much happier suri than I was over the weekend.

Yeah. It's about as good a response as I could have hoped for -- assuming that the part arrives on time. Of course the part they need would have to be shipped from Florida...

But still. Not a major untimely expensive cartastrophe. Is inconvenient, but survivable.

It's amazing. It seems that everyone you meet, if you mention Something Positive, they say, "Oh, you read that, too?! I thought I was the only one I knew who read that..."

I think I'm at the point where I kind of just feel badly for Anne Rice. She was always kind of unstable, and I think Stan's death just broke her. Just...broke.
