A whirlwind in motion, is this week. As always when James is in town, full days of gadding about (and watching James deal with American culture) followed by late evenings of really bad movies [tm]. So far, the count is Formula 51 with Samuel L. In a kilt. Hollywood Homicide with Mr. Ford. And The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
Oh, and Return of the King. Which didn't suck a'tal.
And I handed in the revised manuscript to Madame Editrix. I shall now commence to not thinking about it. Really.
Tomorrow we go to the Museum of Natural History, for some slightly more highbrow culcha. And then into the Great Kitchen Chaos that is preparing for New Year's Eve.
Havin' a bit of fun, we are. ;-) I figure I'll sleep when the holiday's over...

more movies
Date: 2004-01-05 10:26 am (UTC)The Wraith, starring a very damn young Charlie Sheen. God, this movie was bad. It was so bad we turned the sound off and it was still bad. It was bad in the way only movies made in the early 80's that took themselves very seriously could be bad. And, man, did I mention that it was bad?
We also watched bits of The Time machine, which was relaly good but it was really late and I admit to hieing off to bed instead of watching all the way through.
