this weekend

I will not be at BayCon. I will not be at Balticon. I will be home, sleeping.


Okay, actually I'll be home working. But there will be as much sleep as I can manage, too.


Y'all have fun at the various holiday weekend conventions. I'm calling mine SleepCon, and I intend to enjoy it muchly...

We'll miss you at Balticon, but I'm glad you're getting your rest.

Wish I were going, but the deadlines and work-projects kept piling up and the idea of driving down, conventioning all weekend, and then driving back to face the remains of said projects and deadlines just got to be too much.

So the Big Plan this weekend is to take care of a few pending proposals and outlines, go to a local wine tasting, maybe catch a movie, and sleep in a lot.
