One bad habit that Boomer does not have, that his older sister does:

the need, nay the obligation to find whatever pile of papers mom is absolutely working with Right This Moment and drop herself down on them.

Manuscript. Tax forms. Receipts. Newspaper. She don't care. It's all proper bedding, to her.



Then again, Pandora hasn't broken anything yet in this bad habit. So she's still currently the winner in the "good child" sweepstakes...

Ah, yes. You have just described Tribble (see icon). If I pull the papers from under him once he's settled, and move them to the other side of my desk, he will get up, walk over and lie on them again.

And he will do this over and over...

Yeah, that's Pandora. Although it's an improvement -- Indiana before her used to take the Sunday newspapers as an invitation to play luge (one feline, one open sheet of newsprint, one hallway with a wooden floor, one running start...)

As I said somewhere downstream, Pandy's the writer's-cat. Also, she reads with her butt. It's the only logical conclusion.
