lagilman No, actually, this week has been...a day.
Nothing terrible has happened, but everything that did happen was...not as good as it could have been, and probably should have been. Including me.
And I haven't gotten anywhere near the level of Stuff Done I needed to.
I know these things happen. You roll with it, or it rolls over you and crushes you. Choose daily.
I roll with it. But I still feel like I've somehow failed my saving roll for this week.
This weekend is Norwescon, and then I'm off to EnWhyCee for my reading at the KGB Bar, a friend's wedding, and time with my mom. If you happen to see me at any of those points, I might not be as averse to a sympathetic 'there-there' as I normally am.
(by then I'm sure I will have rallied. But the sympathy will still be welcomes)
