Countdown to Silver in Paper...

Four (4!) days before SILVER ON THE ROAD is out in trade paperback, a flashback to when I dreamcast the series. See if - having read the book - any of you agree/disagree....

(note: having now written two more books in the series, I've changed my mind about Marie. I want Kim Rhodes to play her)

I picture Gabriel like a "Spaceballs"-era Bill Pullman.

Izzy could, perhaps, be portrayed by Zendaya, though she's 20 now.

Farron gave me very much a "Dead Zone"-era Christopher Walken thing, or maybe a similarly young John Malkovich. Keep Jared Leto's turn as the Joker and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor the fuck away from the casting call, is what I'm saying.

Megan Gale, who played "The Valkyrie" in MMFR is very much like who I had in my head as the Right Hand.

And, last but not least, Mark "Mr. Ubiquitous" Sheppard as The Boss hizzownself. C'mon, you know he'd own it.
