I would disagree with their #6 (I prefer to exercise early afternoon, when my energy levels begin to sink) but otherwise.... yeah, occasionally I do agree with Forbes. Or at least some of their columnists.

I am very productive in the late afternoon, early evening. Or after midnight.. I dont know how many times I wish I could mow my lawn at 1am despite it being too dark or the neigbhors might object, I am ready for it!

Date: 2014-12-02 11:55 pm (UTC)If you get up at noon, you can still visualize your day, eat breakfast, take care of your biggest task(s) first, use a mantra, exercise, plan snacks, clear clutter, and go to bed at a time that allows you to get enough rest. And regarding silence, well, in my area at least, 2-3am is just as silent as 4-5am. Even mid-morning is usually pretty quiet.
