Well, it took a while, but we're finding pirated copies of the Sylvan Investigation novellas. But it's not really a problem, because pirating self-published books only hurts the...oh, wait.

*snarls a little*

If you want to give a finger to pirates, and a hand-up to the creators, may I suggest stopping by Book View Cafe to do your shopping? All monies from books bought at BVC go directly a) to the author and b) to maintain the BVC co-operative.

I second, third, and twelfth the suggestion to hie yourselves hence to Book View Cafe. You can load the ebooks into any reading device, and you have the satisfaction of knowing that you're making it possible for your favorite authors to continue to write books -- as opposed to doing some other work in order to buy groceries.

Not that we mind doing other work occasionally. But better for the world if everyone could make rent-and-food money doing what they are best at.... :-)
