Mental Casting Update

lagilmanFor the four or five of you who've already read drafts of SILVER ON THE ROAD, and anyone who is curious/likes to play the mental casting game...
I've not only found my Isobel, I've (much to my everlasting surprise) found the perfect Easterly.
Caitlin Sanchez, and Jared Padalecki. Okay, we'd have to age Jared up a bit, and scruff/weather him up some, but trust me - against my will/original intention, he IS Farron Easterly, if only for his expressions/body language. I just know in my gut he'd nail it. And Caitlin definitely nails the smart-but-you-know-she-has-more-to-learn sophisticated-yet-clueless teenager...
Now I just need to see if my original 'mental casting' for Matthew remains steady throughout the revisions....
(and the devil, of course. The devil remains who he was and who he is and who he will be, but to share that might actually injure the reader's perception, which is important to the book....)
