Woke up this morning trying to figure out the timing for CatOfSize's morning insulin shot (this is a new thing for us, woo), and discovered we've hit the 32% mark for the Kickstarter for Work of Hunters/An Interrupted Cry! In less than 48 hours!

This is relevant a) because it actually got me out of bed, and b) because when we hit 40% I let myself actually start thinking about _writing_ the first story. *twitches with repressed story-thinking* *does not contemplate the research she will have to do for [redacted] or the howls people will have when they read [redacted].

Are you going to be the person who pushes us over that tipping point?

I have a diabetic cat and it quickly gets easy to get in the insulin injection routine. She never seems to mind and even I got to that state. Best wishes to CatOfSize.

Also best wishes on the Kickstarter. This has been the first week of school for me so I have your Kickstarter sign up penciled in for tomorrow when I am less busy.

Oh, CatofSize is taking to the new schedule without so much of an ear-twitch (this is the cat that lets me q-tip his ears and check his teeth without a fuss!). I'm the one who is cranky about the new restrictions.

(if I wanted to be on a regular schedule I'd have a dog, damn it. Oh well. I love the goof, so it's worth it to keep him around many more years)
