Laura Anne Gilman and I will be reading tonight! tomorrow evening at SF in SF, which event takes place in the Variety Preview Theatre on Market St & Montgomery, the first floor of the Hobart building. In San Francisco, obviously. If you can come, you ought to be there; there will be drinks and books for sale, and money raised for a good cause, and fiction! With Q&A! And Terry Bisson! And probably other writers hanging around, because there usually are...

I've long liked how San Francisco feels science-fictional, like it's just a little more in-the-future than other cities. I've felt this since I was a kid. Then I became a Star Trek fan and knowing that SF would be the future home of Starfleet added to that feeling. Neat town. So glad you're experiencing it again!
