Edit Oh, just go to
ginmar's actual journal entry, okay? (she's updated it) I still think that the pundits bit is useless and yeah, she's got a bias -- one, I might add, that being under fire she's damned well earned. But that doesn't negate the basic Interestingness of it all, considering the current actions and reactions of the Republican administration regarding war, the definition of "patriotism," and their attitude towards freedom of speech when it conflicts with what the President is selling.

Who is the Meerkat party candidate? The media seems to be ignoring him or her and I'd like to hear what he or she has? ;-)

Date: 2004-10-14 04:13 pm (UTC)As a piece of Democratic propaganda, though, it's impressive. Unfortunately, it's so OBVIOUSLY slanted that it is completely useless as a tool to help me pick my candidate.
Right now, I'm looking real damn hard at Mickey Mouse.

I know that George W and I don't stand in the same field. We may not even be on the same farm.

Date: 2004-10-15 07:50 am (UTC)It would be interesting to do the entire Congress and see how it breaks down (as opposed to only focusing on Dems who served and Pubs that didn't). If someone would do that, sans comment, I would sit up and take notice.
