Sleepy Start to the Week....

lagilmanAfter dealing with work-related emails until past 1am last night/this morning, I ended up taking a sleep aid so I wouldn't be up all damn night. Woke up this morning remembering why I hate taking sleep aids. Brain so foggy I kept hearing the kettle boil and stop but zoned on getting up and pour said water into the French press in order to make coffee.
I'd probably still be sleeping, actually, if it weren't for Fresh Direct delivering my groceries at 8:10 this morning.
I'm not sure if the cats TRIED to make me up, or were respectful of the dead-to-the-world person in the bed. Either way, they were well-behaved angels. I will doubtless pay for this some other morning.
But for now, a LOT of work that needs to be done, and possibly some NEWS to announce later...
