And lo, like many others, I now have my final (?) WorldCon program schedule. As follows:

Thursday evening: Offsite Shenanigans

Fri Aug 31 10:30:am - 12:00:pm Autograph Session (with a Host of Others).

Fri Aug 31 3:00:pm- 4:30:pm Panel: "Travel as Research" (or: "Always Keep your Receipts for Everything")

Sun Sep 2 9:00:am - 10:30:am Panel: Perseverance (or: "Keep writing until it huts. Then write some more.")

Sun Sep 2 1:30:pm - 2:00:pm Reading (my plan right now is to read from HEART OF BRIAR [out in 2013] but plans oft change...)

You may note that my Saturday is Utterly Free of Programming (right now). I suspect I will be doing BarCon (or the SFN meetup) some of that time, but if you want to meet up/hang out, that would be the day to suggest. You can chime in here, or email me....

Also, also. I will have on my person the dread "meerkat minion" ribbons. Wear Your Readership with Pride! Feel free to approach me and demand - yes, demand! - to be beribboned.

My programme commitments are clustered early or at lunchtimes... And on Saturday I get to sit in a box.

Your schedule looks pretty awesome.

I won't be officially going to WorldCon, but as I live in Chicago, there will probably be hanging around the public parts of the hotel/hotel bar visiting that weekend.

Shall I message you once I have a better feel for my work schedule that weekend?
