Some for garlic butter, some for white bean chili, some for steak glazing. And I peels 'em after roasting (they side so nicely out of their paper, then)

I know, it's the best fun. Except then I just want to eat 'em (and sometimes I have to, 'cos I've overdone the roasting and they're really nothing but a paste that oozes all over my fingers so what can you do except lick it off...?).

I roast them in the skins first. Somehow, there are never enough, but we're not troubled by vampires, so it must work.
