Comfort Food
Feb. 12th, 2012 07:53 pmBreakfast: toasted home-made cornbread with ginger jam.
Lunch: the last of the Superbowl chili, stirred with noodles and non-fat yogurt.
Dinner: baby spinach and zucchini, sauteed with garlic & onions, tossed with goat feta.
and a glass of red, natch. :-)
I learned how to cook out of self-defense (my ex-husband's idea of cooking was boiling water for pasta or nuking hot dogs), but it's the best gift I ever gave myself. Nom.
