Got massive amounts of work done Monday-Tuesday. Wednesday I was sidetracked by volunteering to do two things not already-on-the-do-list. That'll teach me. Or not. So today am playing catch-up with 16 hours of work instead of 10. Wheee?

Aside: Oh, Vancouver fans, WTH? I've seen 5-yr-olds act w/ more grace during their temper tantrums. Now apologize to your city (and your team).

I think any place would riot after losing the Stanley Cup. Its almost tradition. A couple burning cars is fairly tame for a "riot" actually, but what else do you expect out of a bunch of tree-huggers. ;D

And already 10,000 have volunteered through a FaceBook group called "Post Riot Clean-up - Let's help Vancouver" to do a city cleanup.

I was oooh so sad to see the Canucks lose, but at least they made it as far as they did!

Any fan who feels "entitled" to a championship, or gives shit to a player who did their best and didn't win, should never be allowed to even watch a game on tv ever again, much less attend one. This is the sort of bullshit 'tude that makes me hate Yankee fans, taken to a violent extreme.

Guys? Until you're actually the ones doing the work? Shut up, sit down, and drown your sorrows with chants of "wait until next year." Using this as an excuse to be violent makes you a hooligan, nothing more.

I agree with you, completely. And I am genuinely worried about Luongo, given how extreme Vancouver fans can be.
